Abraham Hicks is the spiritual source of the Law of Attraction.  Meditation is used to align oneself to the universal life force that brings our dreams into play in our lives.  The emotions are the key indicators of our alignment with wellbeing and the Emotional Guidance Scale can help us understand our feelings and reach for higher vibration emotions.

Attention is a key part of meditation - focused attention mediation involves concentrating on an object or the breath and when the mind wanders, it's gently brought back to the object of attention.  This benefits the Anterior Cingulate Cortex in the brain thereby improving the individual's ability to problem-solve.
