The meditation star has been developed to help you monitor your own wellbeing during lockdown when we are all under new pressures - some isolation and loneliness, some financial concerns, some new unprecedented risks at work, some the pressure of home-schooling for the first time, some the separation from family members ... and many more.

To use the star, print it out and then every week or every month, or even every day - whatever timescale feels right for you - plot how well you feel in each category with 1 representing not coping and needing help and 10 being flourishing.
